SLIK-REACH WB® is biodegradable and used to help reduce rotational torque during drilling and milling operations.

SLIK-REACH OB
Superb Lubricant for OBM & SBM Systems
SLIK-REACH OB® is a proprietary high performance OBM/SBM lubricant developed for highly deviated or horizontal reservoirs. Due to the formulations polar nature it has a high affinity for metal surfaces that ensures the chemistry is concentrated between the drill pipe and the formation. SLIK-REACH OB® reduces torque and drag, increases ROP, decrease hock load and saving the operator time.

COR-CEASE DV
Outstanding Corrosion Inhibitor for Divalent Brines
COR-CEASE DV® is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor formulated to deal with corrosion associated with acid gas and inorganic salt attack. COR-CEASE DV® is a film forming amine that is water soluble and effective for use in divalent saturated salt water-based drilling fluids, solids-free brines and packer fluids. It is effective up to 300°F (149°C) in calcium and zinc brines.

COR-CEASE MV
Outstanding Corrosion Inhibitor for Monovalent Brines
COR-CEASE MV ® functions as an anodic type inhibitor and can effectively retard general and pitting corrosion mechanisms caused by oxygen, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide in monovalent brines. This product is also expected to show corrosion protection against formation brines as well as the degradation by-products of other drilling fluid additives.

SHALE-TIE
Outperforming Shale Inhibitor – Make WBM works Like OBM
SHALE-TIE® shale stabilizer is a liquid a blend of amine salts. It is suitable for most polymer and clay free WBM. SHALE-TIE® is very effective in inhibiting clay and shale hydration contain high smectite and illite content. When micro-fractured shale is encountered; SHALE TIE® will seal it and hold it while drilling and tripping, as it aids in near gauge holes drilled.

OXY-HUNT DV
Innovative Oxygen Scavenger for Divalent Based Fluids
OXY-HUNT DV® is a non-sulfite oxygen scavenger that rapidly remove the soluble oxygen from drilling, completion and/or packer fluids particularly the divalent based, e.g. CaCl2, CaBr2. It is therefore used to minimize corrosion of drilling and completion equipment. OXY-HUNT DV® works in conjunction with inhibitors, other scavengers and biocides to minimize corrosion and avoid damage to drilling and completion equipment.

NARROW-DENSE
Weighting Material for Wells with Narrow ECD – Fracture Gradient Window
NARROW-DENSE® is a high density micronized weighting material that is compatible with all fluid systems and other weighting materials such as API Barite and/or CaCO3. NARROW-DENSE® is processed Ilmenite at very low micron size to help in decreasing the Plastic Viscosity (PV), minimizing sag tendency, improving the overall fluid’s Rheology, and thus lowering the ECD in challenging hole-sections of narrow ECD – Fracture Gradient window. NARROW-DENSE® can be used in reservoir as it has high rate of dissolution in in mineral acids, e.g. HCl and acids generated downhole from our IN-SITU AP 180®/250® products.

IN-SITU AP 180
Acid Precursor for WBM & OBM Filercake Breaking
IN-SITU AP 180® is a delayed acid generator product that is used for the slow release of acid downhole. When spotted, , and after engineered time period, IN-SITU AP 180® breaker reacts with water, generates acid and subsequently dissolves all filter cake components including calcium carbonate. No need for enzymes and/or HCl treatments. Can be placed safely across the entire interval before acid is generated, improving overall clean-up. IN-SITU AP 180®breaker is suitable for use in most brines at temperatures from 75 – 180°F (25 – 83°C). Depends on temperature it gives break times range from 4 up to 16 hours.

IN-SITU AP 250
Acid Precursor for WBM & OBM Filercake Breaking– Extra Delay Time!
IN-SITU AP 250® is a delayed acid generator product that is used for the slow release of acid downhole but with extra delay time in higher temperature range. When spotted, IN-SITU AP 250® breaker reacts with water, generates acid and subsequently dissolves all filter cake components including calcium carbonate. No need for enzymes and/or HCl treatments. Can be placed safely across the entire interval before acid is generated, improving overall clean-up. IN-SITU AP 250® breaker is suitable for use in most brines at temperatures from 180- 250°F (83 – 122 °C). Depends on temperature it gives break times range from 6 up to 16 hours.

IN-SITU AP SURF
Special Surfactant for OBM Filercake Breaking – Replace Mutual Solvents
IN-SITU AP SURF® is an acid compatible special cleaner for removal of OBM/SBM filter cake in reservoir. It is suitable for low salinity brines and fresh water. IN-SITU AP SURF® is designed to work with our IN-SITU AP 180 and/or 250® breakers to change the wettability of the solids of the filter cake from oil wet to water-wet while the acid dissolves carbonates in the filter cake in a single step. Mutual solvent soaks or washes before acidizing are no longer required.

CLAY-FREE VIS
Polymeric Viscosifier for Clay-Free OBM/SBM Systems
CLAY-FREE VIS® is a solids free polymeric viscosifier for organophilic clay- free OBM/SBM systems, including (HTHP) formulations. It offers an engineered rheological profile to provide low ECDs at low concentrations with greater suspension properties and excellent hole cleaning. CLAY FREE VIS® is stable and performing up to 500 °F (260 °C). Real-time response with no wait time for rheology modifiers to yield (i.e., no need for multiple mud circulations).

CLAY-FREE FR300
HPHT Fluid Loss Reducer for Clay-Free OBM/ SBM Systems
CLAY-FREE FR300 acts as excellent fluid loss control additive for clay free OBM/SBM systems including (HTHP) formulations. It provides tight fluid loss control at low concentrations, and contributes to low shear viscosity (even at high temperatures), reinforcing the suspension properties of the fluid. It generate thinner filter cake than Gilsonite asphaltic resin or other powder products. CLAYFREE FR300 is stable and performing up to 300 °F (148°C).

CLAY-FREE FR400
HPHT Fluid Loss Reducer for Clay-Free OBM/ SBM Systems
CLAY-FREE FR400® acts as excellent fluid loss control additive for clay free OBM/SBM systems including (HTHP) formulations. It provides tight fluid loss control at low concentrations, and contributes to low shear viscosity (even at high temperatures), reinforcing the suspension properties of the fluid. It generate thinner filter cake than Gilsonite asphaltic resin or other powder products. CLAY FREE VIS® is stable and performing up to 400 °F (205°C).
