QHSE POLICY

The QHSE policy of Optimize® is to conduct and ensure our activities in such a way, that total customer satisfaction, improvement of service quality, health and safety of our employees and of other persons, are given the highest possible priority, besides giving the proper regard to the conservation of the environment.

  1. Continual improvement of the effectiveness of QHSE management system.
  2. Compliance with all laws and regulations and other requirements related to QHSE.
  3. Prevention of pollution and safeguarding the environment and rationalization of the use of resources through environmental programs objectives and targets, which are continuously revised.
  4. Definition of objectives and targets   at all relevant functions, review and continually updating them through management system reviews.

 

To achieve our policy we committed to the following :
  1. Recognize the importance of the on-going involvement and commitment of management and other employees & the necessity of ensuring that they have the required skills and support.
  2. Work on the principle that all accidents can be prevented and safety can be managed.
  3. Keep our employees, customers, contractors and relevant visitors appropriately informed on known potential hazards, which may affect them; and make them aware of what is being done to minimize the risks and to continually improve the QHSE system.
  4. Establish and maintain contingency procedures to minimize harm from accidents that may nevertheless occur, and cooperate with relevant authorities and emergency services in an appropriate manner on the development and application of these contingency procedures.
  5. However, this policy will only be effective if people understand it and apply it in their daily lives. Therefore, all employees must become familiar with it and support this policy.
  6. To ensure that employees, customers and all interested parties are fully aware of the QHSE Policy and supporting objectives, this Policy will be displayed in all main work areas and will be readily available on our intranet and website, and it is available to the public and the interested parties

CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT (COBC)

Optimize® expects all of its personnel to conduct business in accordance with the highest standards of ethical behavior and transparency. Optimize®’s Code of Business Conduct (COBC) covers number of areas and it is important that you be familiar with all of them:

  • General employee conduct
  • Compliance with law
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Outside activities, employment, and directorships
  • Relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Gifts, entertainment, and favors
  • Kickbacks and secret commissions.
  • Company funds and other assets. Company records and communications.
  • Dealing with outside people and organizations
  • Prompt communications
  • Privacy and confidentiality

All Company personnel are expected to read it and strictly comply with it. Those who fail to comply with the requirements of the company COBC will be the subject of disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Anyone who observes or becomes aware of any conduct that he or she believes is (or may be) a violation of the company COBC should report such conduct immediately. Optimize® takes a zero-tolerance approach to any retaliatory actions taken against those who raise concerns in good faith.
